Villamartin itself (5 min drive) is a fast growing tourist destination located on the Southern Costa Blanca, just west of Torrevieja. It has become built up around it’s championship quality golf course and is within a short drive of a range of other high quality golf courses at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Los Colinas.

Villamartin plaza is the vibrant centre of the town. This is a square with a black and white chessboard pattern surrounded by shops, bars, cafes, banks and restaurants.In the heat of summer the nightlife atmosphere is buzzing with life and noise.

Although Villamartin is slightly inland it is not far from the coast and many great beaches are close by. These include La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. All of these have the European Blue Flag which signifies high standards of water cleanliness, safety and good facilities for the family. The closest beach at La Zenia is just a 10 min drive away.

If you like to shop then nearby Torrevieja hosts both the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre (within a 5 min drive) and the Habernas covered shopping mall.

Travel time from Alicante airport is about 40 mins and Murcia airport at San Javier is about 20 mins away.
