The entrance door is located on the front terrace. This is accessed up a circular staircase at the front of the apartment block. The terrace has views across the adjoining properties.

The entrance door opens into a large open plan living / dining room. A separate set of sliding doors also open back out onto the terrace.

An archway at the rear of the open plan space leads to the separate, fully fitted kitchen. This has a small fold down counter top that can be used as a breakfast bar. A door in the kitchen opens out into a small utility area / gallery.

Located to the side of the main room are:

The master bedroom, which is located towards the front of the property, and has a window opening out onto the front terrace.

Lomas de Cabo Roig is situated inland, about 1 mile from the blue flag beaches at Cabo Roig. This gives it an ideal location close to the beaches and amenities of Cabo Roig, but also places it close to the urbanization of Villamartin (4 miles away) and within 15 mins drive of a number of fantastic golf courses, including the courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas Golf and Country club.

There is a supermarket and a selection of bars and restaurants at the entrance to the urbanization within a short walk of the property.

A larger selection of bars and restaurants, catering for all tastes, can be found either on the nearby La Zenia Boulevard, La Fuente Center and Lomas de Cabo Roig NEW Shopping Center.

In La Zenia Boulevard there are 150 stores such as Alcampo, Decathlon, Primark, Leroy Merlin, Conforama, Norauto, Media Markt, Zara, Lefties, H&M, C&A, Massimo Dutti, among others, await you.
