Lomas de Cabo Roig is situated inland, about 1 mile from the blue flag beaches at Cabo Roig. This gives it an ideal location close to the beaches and amenities of Cabo Roig, but also places it close to the urbanisation of Villamartin (4 miles away) and within 15 mins drive of a number of fantastic golf courses, including the courses at  Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas Golf and Country club.

There is a supermarket and a selection of bars and restaurants at the entrance to the urbanisation within a short walk of the property.

A larger selection of bars and restaurants, catering for all tastes, can be found either on the nearby  Cabo Roig Strip, or the Plaza at Villamartin.

Cabo Roig itself is a popular beach resort located in an area known as the Orihuela Costa on the southern end of the Costa Blanca.

Cabo Roig is situated between La Zenia to the north and Campoamor to the south. Cabo Roig is close to the major town of Torrevieja.

Cabo Roig has become a popular place for holidaymakers and people owning second-homes as well as a growing permanent expat population.

On the doorstep is the fabulous La Zenia Boulevard.
