These 2 bedroom apartments with roof top solarium from the bank are located in the Naranjos development, in Naranjos 1 and 3, all within easy walking distance to the main town center (Al Kasar) and the golf clubhouse and pro shop.

These particular gardens, Naranjos 1 and Naranjos 3, do not have a communal pool within the actual garden, unlike the other gardens within the resort. The nearest pools are literally just around the corner, a short stroll takes you to the closest ones being on Naranjos gardens 2 and 4, and Penthouse block 13.

Condado de Alhama Golf Resort is quite probably the most complete holiday resort on the Costa Calida. Built in 2007-2009, over the last seven years it has become one of the Murcia region’s most popular holiday destination for families, couples, and keen golfers from all nationalities alike.

Designed like an endless garden, the resort is built around the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and all properties benefit from over 20 communal swimming pools, children’s play areas and landscaped gardens that are spread throughout the resort in the fashion of one large garden, mingling with the greenery of the golf course.

The resort has a large commercial center hosting the estate agents Quality Homes Costa Calida, supermarket, ATM / Cash machine, beauty salon, several bars and restaurants, resort administrator and town hall offices and tour information center in the summer months. There is a second bowls / petanque area as well as two large football pitches on the grounds adjacent to the Al Kasar town center.
