What does the Spanish Golden visa deliver
With the residence permit, you can live, work, study & retire in Spain.

Fast track in obtaining residency in Spain, along with healthcare and education.

There’s no requirement to live in Spain in order to maintain the residency.

The resident card can be applied for in up to 30 working days.

Freely explore Schengen Europe without restrictions.

Live in Spain for an unlimited period of time.

Applicants require up to 10 years of maintaining the investment to apply for Spanish nationality. Former Spanish colonies, such as the Philippines, only require up to only 2 years of residency.

A partner and children are included in the Golden Visa application & residency.

INVESTMENT RULES FOR SPANISH GOLDEN VISA
The minimum property investment must be at least €500,000 (before taxes) & investments may be spread over several properties.

Investments can be made via a foreign company, if you can prove that you own the majority of this company.

Real estate investments must be documented before applying for a Golden Visa.

It is not required for you to be a tax resident in Spain.

Permanent residency & nationality can be granted after ten years for investors, or only after two years for former Spanish colonies (the Philippines included).

Real estate assets can be sold after five years when you have achieved permanent residency or when you become a Spanish Citizen.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SPANISH GOLDEN VISA
It is mandatory to have public or private health insurance, which must be authorised to operate in Spain.

Investors must provide evidence of sufficient economic means for personal & family living expenses.
