Here at Murcia Villas we hope that this is the year will come to visit the Costa Calida and Costa Blanca in the search of your home in the sun.

After successfully selling homes here in the sun for past 16 years we have summarised the key features that are important to our buyers. 

Air conditioning

When moving to the Costas with a warmer climate, the first thing on many of our clients wish list will be to make sure that their new property can keep them comfortable, even in the height of summer.

Murcia Villas will arrange and pay for the air conditioning installation for every brand new home sold in Murcia and the Costa Blanca. 

Balcony / terrace

We know that clients enjoy alfresco dining and will enjoy those warm Spanish evenings outside relaxing outside, as well as breakfast on the terrace in the bright morning sunshine. 

BBQ / outdoor grill / pizza oven

Can you see a theme emerging? Our experience of talking to our clients is that eating, socialising and spending time outdoors are huge motivating factors for international buyers coming from colder climates.  Properties with popular ready-made outdoor cooking facilities which will always be a big plus for our clients. 

Swimming pool

Whether for the kids or for fitness, a pool is often high on the list of priorities for our international clients looking for a home in the sun.  A pool is the kind of luxury you might not have been able to justify at home, but is a big attraction to a new life in Spain.  If the budget does not stretch to a villa with its own private pool Murcia Villas has plenty of properties listed with access to a communal swimming pool. 

Parking

We understand many of our clients will want the independence of having their own car or transport so we offer our clients properties with garages or parking facilities. 

Large windows / stunning views

Even when you are not outside, you´ll want to be able to see the outside space. A beautiful view, whether across the hills; a cityscape or the sea; is always of huge benefit to a property here in Spain. Finding homes with a view will always be a priority for us at Murcia Villas. 

Walking distance to the beach

If a home buyer is looking for properties in a coastal location, one of the biggest questions is always, “How long will it take me to walk to the beach?” We will be sure to offer as many properties as we can with a short easy stroll to the coast. The shorter and flatter the distance, the better! 

Internet access

This is vital for keeping in touch with family and friends back home, or for running a business from their new home. Not surprising then that international buyers prize a reasonable internet connection speed above many other things. With our considerable experience of property management and indeed letting properties we are very familiar with all the suppliers of IT and will gladly pass this information on to our buyers.
