" I would like to commend Murcia Villas for their first class service in helping to sell our 3 bed detached Villa in Roldan, Murcia. We had been considering selling up in Spain for sometime but were uncertain about which Sales Agency to approach. We were introduced to Hugh James (Murcia Villas) by a friend and met up with him and his team in March. Hugh,Fiona and Anja arranged to met us at our Villa on 1/3/23 and gave an excellent account of why we should chose them to market our property. We were impressed by their energy and professionalism and they did not disappoint! Within 2 days they arranged introductions to an excellent Abagado and Notary. Both essential in ensuring a successful sale. This was especially helpful as we only had a few days in Spain to arrange things. Without their help - which even included renewing our Content & Buildings insurance- we would not have been able to move so quickly. We sold our Villa within 8 weeks of our initial meeting! This is exceptional for Spain and in no small part a credit to the Murcia Villas team. " La Manga Office -“Patient and Helpful” Our experience with Murcia Villas La Manga is that Chris Whent has always been very efficient and helpful. Our first contact came via an email from the ‘Homes in the Sun’ website in response to an enquiry about a home for sale in Playa Paraiso . Chris responded promptly and we set up a mutually convenient time to meet up. Chris took the time to help us establish our budget as well as our requirements and took us out to view a few properties. Over the course of the morning, Chris helped us clarify our thinking and took us to a property that we immediately felt was the right one for us. Following the acceptance of our offer, Chris advised us accurately with regards to the process and what to expect. The whole purchase was completed within a month, from offer to collecting the keys. What also stands out is the level of ‘follow up care’ that we have received. We had a few additions and alterations that we wished to make to our new home and Chris’s wife Jane (who runs the property management side of the business) was invaluable in helping us to source quotations and to organise the work, so that everything was lined up to take place during the first week after we picked up the keys. Chris and Jane have also been very patient in answering quite a few – random- questions about living and owning property in Spain, such as ‘where can we dispose of used batteries?’ And ‘how do we get rid of old, unwanted furniture?’ On the basis of my own experience, I am entirely happy to recommend Murcia Villas LaManga to anyone looking for property, or property management services in the area.
